“QingHua”– Blue & White Porcelain

Today, We would like to share a quick & short blog of a type of Chinese white porcelain that has been produced for many centuries and is being appreciated by many tea-ware connoisseurs both inside and outside China, this is “Blue and White Porcelain” aka “青花瓷/ QingHua Porcelain”.

What is Blue & White Porcelain?

“Blue and White Porcelian” or “青花瓷/ QingHua Porcelain” is a type of porcelain which is using a paining technique before its got glaze or the way painting under glazed (釉下彩). The unglaze porcelain was first painted by using blue color painting. After the Painting process has fininshed, it then move to glaze and later firing in klin by using temperature between 1200-1300 degree celcius. After finish all of these stages, the wares look very smooth and the surface is like having the glass cover on the top of the porcelain and painting. This result come from the painting under glaze and it will help the blue painting by not being fade the color away and look very dedicated.

ប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រជាអ្វី?

ប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ គឺជាប្រភេទ ប៉សាឡែនម្យ៉ាង ដែល រំលេចដោយ គំនូរពណ៌ខៀវ ដែលនៅជាប់ជាមួយប៉សាឡែនពណ៌ស ហើយពាក្យថា ឈីងហ័រ គឺសំដៅលើគំនូរពណ៌ខៀវដែលគូរនៅផ្នែកខាងក្រោមនៃកាលេស(painting under glazed or 釉下彩) ដែលការគូរនេះគឺធ្វើឡើងមុនពេល ប៉សាឡែនត្រូវបានកាលេស។ ប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ បានចាប់ផ្ដើមធ្វើឡើងអស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើនសតវត្សមកហើយនៅប្រទេសចិន ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្ន ប្រភេទប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ ច្រើនធ្វើនៅជីងទឺរជិន ខេត្តជៀងស៊ី ប្រទេសចិន។

បន្ទាប់ពីការគូររួច ដំណើការបន្ដគឺការកាលេស (Glaze)ផ្ទៃខាងលើ និង បន្ដទៅការដុតក្នុងឡក្រោមកម្ដៅចន្លោះពី 1200-1300 អង្សារសេ។ ក្រោយការដុតក្នុងឡ រូបរាងនៃប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ (青花瓷/ QingHua) មានផ្ទៃយ៉ាងរលោងរូបរាងហាក់ដូចជាមានស្រទាប់កញ្ចក់មួយជាន់នៅផ្នែកខាងលើ ហើយគំនូរក៏នឹងមិនរលប់ ដោយសារការ កាលេស (Glaze)ផ្ទៃខាងលើ ហើយគំនូរពណ៌ខៀវដែលគូរនៅផ្នែកខាងក្រោម។ រូបរាង និង គំនូរនៃប៉សាឡែនប្រភេទនេះ គឺ សាមញ្ញ ស្រគត់ស្រគម ប៉ុន្ដែ មានលក្ខណៈប្រណិត និង លម្អិត។

ជាទូទៅសិល្បៈគំនូរជាច្រើនប្រភេទនៅលើប្រភេទ ប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ ដូចជា គំនូរ នាគ ហង្ស បក្សី រូបសត្វនៃឆ្នាំទាំង១២ ផ្កា ឬ ផ្ញីផ្កា ទេសភាពភ្នំ និងទឹកជាដើម។ រូបភាពខាងលើគឺជាឧទាហរណ៍មួយចំនួននៃប៉សាឡែនឈីងហ័រ ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ការគូរ និង ផលិតដោយដៃទាំងស្រុង។
