Tea is a healthy beverage which considered as precious medicine during ancient time in China. It took approximately 3000 years to become an everyday serves. So what Tea should we enjoy throughout a day?
There is an Chinese slogan said 晨绿,午花,晚乌龙 (中国茶叶,2013) literally mean: in a day, we should drink Green Tea in the morning, ought to serve Flower Tea in the afternoon and enjoy Oolong Tea in the evening

Why Green Tea is better to have in the Morning?
One Chinese Slogan said that “一天之计在于晨” (Yi Tian Zhi Ji Zai Yu Chen) which simply mean one day’s plan start in the morning. Therefore, in other to make a good plan we need to have is a clear and fresh mind. So in the morning, when we have a glass of warm green tea slowly, it help to wake up and freshen our brain and to bring good mood for the day, as well as to start the day with a great inspiration.
How About Afternoon Tea?

Flower Tea can be a great choice for having in the afternoon during or after lunch as there is beautiful fragrant which contains inside each flower tea which could warm and refresh oneself from fidgety working day and exhaustion. Also, it can be a relaxed beverage after depression work and an efficient drink to remind of the following work.

After being productive the whole day at work place or school, it is a time to sit and relax with a pot of Oolong Tea together with old friends and family. Chatting and discussing with closest people which can not be considered as waste of time, but it is a quality moment to improve relationship with them as well.
